2. Return and Refund Policy

  • A 4-day return and refund policy applies to all products sold on Surakart.
  • Customers can request a return or refund within 4 days of receiving the product.
  • Sellers are required to adhere to the return and refund process initiated by Surakart.

3. Payment Release Policy

  • For online payments:
    • Payments will be released to the seller on the day following the completion of the return and refund policy period.
    • For example, if the return/refund policy ends on Day 4, payment will be released on Day 5.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    • Payments will be processed and released within 1 week after the completion of the return and refund policy period.
